🔁 30-Day Service Guarantee
All services provided by Case Lowe Comms are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of completed service. If you experience issues with a phone system, PBX configuration, or VoIP setup performed by us within 30 days of delivery, please contact us directly. We will review the issue promptly and take all reasonable steps to correct it at no additional charge.

If your phone system is not functioning properly due to a configuration or support issue related to our work, we will make it right. Our goal is to ensure your system is working efficiently, securely, and in line with your business needs.

💰 Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The issue reported is directly related to services rendered by Case Lowe Comms

  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of service delivery

  • The customer has fully cooperated with our support team and provided accurate system access and information as needed

We reserve the right to offer a full or partial refund based on the scope of services provided, the time and labor involved, and any external factors (e.g., third-party VoIP provider issues or hardware malfunctions beyond our control).

❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Issues caused by third-party VoIP providers, carriers, or customer-side hardware

  • Misuse, unauthorized reconfiguration, or tampering with our installed systems

  • Service requests or changes made after the initial scope of work was completed and approved

  • Services rendered more than 30 days ago
