Case Lowe Comms provides technical support, setup, and consulting services for business phone systems, including but not limited to:

PBX configuration (FreePBX, Asterisk, etc.)

VoIP system integration and troubleshooting

SIP trunk setup and diagnostics

On-site and remote support

Custom IVR and call flow solutions
We do not sell phone system hardware, VoIP carrier services, or network equipment unless explicitly agreed upon in a written contract.

Customer Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about their network and system needs

Ensuring timely access to equipment or accounts required for service

Creating and maintaining their own VoIP accounts with their chosen provider
-
Maintaining backups of critical system data before any service engagement
All VoIP accounts are created by the customers. Case Lowe Comms does not create, own, or manage third-party VoIP carrier accounts on your behalf.

Payment Terms
All services are billed according to the pricing agreed upon before service is rendered. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.

Hourly, flat-rate, or retainer fees will be discussed and confirmed before work begins

Late payments may be subject to a service fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law

Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is outlined separately (see Refund Policy). In short, we offer a 30-day service guarantee. Refunds are only considered if issues are directly related to our service and cannot be resolved through support. -
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Case Lowe Comms shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Damages related to third-party VoIP carrier issues, equipment failure, or internet outages

Loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or reputational damage

Issues caused by user modifications, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Service Availability and Support
We strive to provide timely and reliable support. However, we do not guarantee 24/7 availability unless specified in a formal agreement. Emergency or after-hours support may incur additional charges. -
Intellectual Property
All materials, documentation, scripts, and content provided by Case Lowe Comms remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose our materials for resale or public distribution without express permission. -
Data Protection and Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws and, when applicable, GDPR. You are responsible for securing your own systems, login credentials, and third-party accounts. -
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate service at any time, for any reason, with written notice. In the event of termination, all fees for completed work are due immediately. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion if any policies are violated. -
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. -
Governing Law
